Come to the barn at the D&R Greenway to meet Dara-Lyn Shrager (the library’s poet-in-residence) and the team from Room to Read at this interactive, family-friendly event celebrating poetry, words and the role nature plays in helping children become effective and joyful readers and writers. In addition to fun art and writing activities, some of the local language books Room to Read has commissioned from artists and authors for its libraries in Asia and Africa will be on display.
